This year’s Dutch Queen’s Day will be hosted at The Home Depot Center: a 125-acre development in Carson, featuring state-of-the art stadiums and facilities for soccer, tennis, track & field, cycling, lacrosse, volleyball, baseball, softball, basketball and other sports.
BuyOn Queen's Day the Dutch gather, dressed in orange, to celebrate the birthday of their Queen.
This year the Dutch community in Los Angeles invites everyone to celebrate their most anticipated and beloved annual holiday.
Queen's Day will be filled with all things Dutch including tulips, flea market, live musical performances from Holland, Dutch beer, Dutch food and special games for kids.
It's going to be a very special day this year, as Queen Beatrix will abdicate her throne to make way for her son Prince Willem-Alexander on April 30. Queen Beatrix has been the reigning monarch of the Kingdom of the Netherlands for over 30 years, succeeding her mother Queen Juliana.
During Queensday, the Dutchies dress up in Orange, as a reference to the color Orange in the last name of the Royal Family (House of Orange-Nassau). Read more interesting facts about the monarchy and the difference between the terms Holland, the Netherlands and Dutch.

Ticket price includes parking. Follow directions by parking attendants.
* This is a not-for-profit event organized by the Consulate of the Netherlands LA and the United Netherlands Organizations of SoCal. Ticket sales are to cover some of the costs associated with delivering a cultural community event like this.
