We are excited to announce; the 31st Annual Holland Festival in Long Beach is scheduled to be held on September 5th, 2021. Due to the pandemic we had to cancel the festivals usually held during Memorial Day Weekend in May of last year and this year. With more events coming back as California reopens, we at the United Netherlands Organizations, have started planning for our big Dutch themed event.

We will be following the COVID protocol and guidelines by local authorities. Please, come back for updates on requirements, all to make this a save and enjoyable event for all.

Health & Safety,
The United Netherlands Organizations is committed to keeping all participants safe. The Holland Festival event will be held at the outdoor location POA Gemmrig Park Long Beach.
Organizers are closely monitoring and adhering to all government-mandated COVID-19 related measures in place and will work with local public health officials and follow applicable laws and regulations.

If due to Covid restrictions, the Holland Festival event cannot take place on September 5, all reservations will be honored a full refund.

UPDATE September 4, 2021.

We want everyone to be safe at our event. We’re really excited to be with everyone and for all to come together again.

The CDC cannot provide the specific risk level for every activity in every community.

The Holland Festival is an outdoor event and we expect people to want to sit close together. You will not be only with people of your own household. There is plenty of space in the park for people to find a spot and spread out, yet some areas can get crowded.

It is important to consider your own personal situation and the risk to you, your family, and your community before venturing out. Attendees won’t know everyone else’s vaccination status. When you are going to attend the Holland Festival we ask you to be mindful and take precautionary measures:

1) Health officials are encouraging people to get vaccinated.
2) Wearing a facial mask (pref.N95) is STRONGLY recommended, both vaccinated and not vaccinated people! Please bring your own mask.
3) Wash your hands: there will be multiple hand sanitizing stations throughout the park.
4) Practice social distancing when standing in line in front of a booth.
5) Spread out when bringing your folding chairs, picnic blanket etc. There is plenty of room in the park.

Be safe and stay healthy!
