At the Consulate General of the Netherlands in San Francisco you can apply for all passport renewals, OR you can make an appointment to submit your application at VFS Global in Los Angeles. VFS Global is an external service provider. The location has longer opening times than the embassy in Washington D.C. and the consulates-general.
Please be aware that a service fee will be charged on top of the consular fee.
Attention: If your passport or identity card is lost or stolen and you do not have a photocopy of it, you cannot submit your application through VFS Global. You will need to make an appointment with the embassy in Washington D.C. or one of the consulates-general.
